Louise Coleman
Louise was a stubborn woman, but we find stubbornness to be a beautiful quality. She spent her life making stollen, taking care of her family, and letting everyone know that life was TOO long! She was able to join us at our Grand Opening and passed peacefully a week later with all of Huntsville, Texas celebrating her life.
Oleta Huffman
Oleta was the epitome of a hard-working woman. All though she had many crafts, her master craft was cooking. Whether it was her famous cinnamon rolls or mashed potatoes, she was going to make sure whoever came into her house would leave feeling full and loved!
April Roberts
April has been in the business world for over 20 years, but she has been cooking for even longer. She combined her two worlds to create her "happy place," Louise & Oleta's.
Caitlyn Roberts
Caitlyn is L&O's General Manager but you will often find her behind the counter. She also runs all of our social media, branding, and marketing. Her nickname is "Little Louise," because she carries on the same hard work and stubbornness Louise did within every project she enters.
